Purpose of Module

How can you guide a person to achieve anything, if you have no knowledge in the subject and don't know how to reach the goal yourself?  This module will demonstrate how a leader can coach, guide and motivate  an individual or  a team to reach a goal, without much  while pedending on team members for  subject matter expertise.

AN INSIGHT INTO THE LEADERSHIP DISCIPLIN OF COACHING   

Michael Frost er en erfaren coach. Han har været med til at starte af coachingbølgen i Dansk erhvervsliv, bl.a. var han med til at udgive den første bog om coaching i Danmark "coaching på Jobbet" - senest er han medforfatter til bogen "coaching i perspektiv. Siden 1995 har Michael coachet ledere i nogle af Danmarks største virksomheder og han afholdt en lang række coachinguddannelser for ledere. Michael er certificeret coach hos ICF (International Coaching Federation)
